Your breath, the most powerful tool you have. Did you know that breathing in a different way can free you from (old) pains, wrong beliefs, internal blocks or even deeply rooted trauma?
Breathing can make us free and helps us deal with challenges we encounter. Unconsciously, you already use your breath as a kind of medicine every day. For example, if you are overstimulated or wish to slow down, you take a few slow and deep breaths and move on with renewed energy. Conscious breathing helps you turn inward, to find deep peace within yourself. As a breath coach, I teach you how to use your breath, to consciously come closer to yourself. The closer you get to your deepest core, the more peace and freedom you experience.
