Want wist je dat op een andere manier ademen je kan bevrijden van (oude) pijnen, verkeerde overtuigingen, vastgeroeste interne blokkades of zelfs diepgeworteld trauma? <br \/>Ademen maakt ons vrij en helpt ons dealen met alles wat we tegen komen. Onbewust zet jij ademhaling \u2013 als een soort medicijn \u2013 iedere dag al in. Als je bijvoorbeeld overprikkeld bent of wilt omschakelen naar andere gedachten, dan haal je een paar keer langzaam en diep adem \u00e9n ga je met nieuwe energie weer door. Ook helpt ademhaling om jezelf naar binnen te laten keren, om diepe rust in jouzelf te vinden; bijvoorbeeld door meditatie. Minder bekend is dat je via bewust ademen ook in een andere laag van je bewustzijn kan komen. Als ademcoach leer ik je om ademhaling in te zetten, om bewust dichter bij jezelf te komen.
