Bij deze transformerende ademhalingstechniek halen we bewust diep adem, zonder tussendoor te pauzeren. Het wordt ook wel \u2018verbonden ademhalen\u2019 genoemd.<\/p><p>Doordat we door deze ademhalingstechniek het lichaam de kans geven om het hoofd even uit te schakelen, krijgt het lijf en ons onderbewuste de kans om nieuwe inzichten te brengen. Daarom wordt deze ademhaling sessie ook wel een \u2018rebirthing-sessie\u2019 genoemd. Bij deze bijzondere manier van ademen ontstaat ruimte in ons lichaam en geest wat ervoor zorgt dat we gevoeliger en ontvankelijker worden. Dit geeft een lichter en vrij gevoel. We komen zo in een andere laag van het bewustzijn, waardoor we toegang krijgen tot wat er in ons lichaam en onderbewuste is opgeslagen. Dit kunnen herinneringen, emoties of inzichten zijn. En die zijn vrolijk makend of misschien juist pijnlijk, maar die echt ongefilterd voelen is verhelderend en helpend in ons leven. Een ademtechniek ontwikkeld door de yoga guru Ravi Shankar en later doorontwikkeld door meerdere breathwork meesters. In deze sessie werken we aan ontspanning van het het middenrif, doormiddel van ademhaling via de neus. Hiermee reguleren we stress, depressie en negatieve emoties.
